This book documents Rose M. Shuey’s gift to Cranbrook Art
Museum of forty-six artworks by many of America’s and
Europe’s most important artists of the post-World War II era.
Artists included are Rauschenberg, Stella, Judd, Riley, and
others. Essay contributions by Dora Apel, Irene Hofmann,
Dennis Nawrocki, Sarah Schleuning, and Gregory Wittkopp.
